Cost is on a unit basis as this will enable units to be studied for Continued Professional Development (CPD) as well as part of a qualification.
The cost per unit is £205 + VAT and includes access to all learning material, assessment and certification for the CIOB qualifications. In addition, a one-off charge of £100 + VAT for CIOB registration is payable on commencement of each course and an additional charge of £195 + VAT - excluding food and accommodation - for the practical workshop in the Maintaining the Dimensional Accuracy of the Works unit only. For non UK students a charge of £195 +VAT is made for the assessment of the practical evidence.
If you need to resubmit your assignment more than twice (within the 3 months of the unit completion time) you will need to pay an additional charge of £100 for each additional submission.
Any assignments which are required to be re-submitted after the 3 months completion time will require the candidate to re-enrol for the unit. The cost of this is £195.00 plus vat.
This mode of study has numerous cost advantages over conventional study as there are no on-going travel costs and it enables students to study at a time which is convenient to them. It does not restrict access to learning by distance or dependency on a local provider offering the course. It is also more convenient and cost effective to employers who do not lose work time.
The course can be paid for by cheque, bank transfer or debit card. We also accept most of the major credit cards, which are subject to a £5 administration charge.
